| Well, operators can pre-select the minimum amount of a material that can be allowed on hand and then select the amount of that material that should be reordered if the inventory drops below the minimum amount. When materials do need to be reordered, Job Master machine shop software will flag an operator to notify them that inventory levels are low, and if the operator so chooses can send out a purchase order right there. |

| The installation instructions say that I need to map the network drive before I do a workstation install... How do I do this? |
Right-click the "My Computer" icon on the workstation and select "Map Network Drive."
Assign a letter to your new drive, then browse to the Job Master directory on the server for the folder. Click "finish."
To verify that it has been completed successfuly, open "My computer" and double click the new drive and make sure it opens and gives you the correct folder on the server. |

| How do I verify that I have the correct write permissions on my network? |
A simple way to verify this is to to navigate to the installation folder on your server from a remote workstation and try to create a new folder. If it lets you then you have the correct permissions if it does not, then you will need to change them from the server.
Right click the installation directory on the server and select properties. Make sure the "Read Only" and "Hidden" attributes are unchecked. Then select ALL files from within the directory and do the same for them. |

| I have encountered an error message that tells me a certain file is not suitable when I install or start Job Master, how can I resolve this issue? |
